Fixed scissor lift

Fixed lifts are special hydraulic lifts used to transport goods between building floors. The products are mainly used to transport goods up and down between various working floors; 

car lifting between three-dimensional garages and underground garages, etc. The product's hydraulic system is equipped with anti-fall and overload safety protection devices, 

and operating buttons can be installed on each floor and on the working surface of the lifting platform to achieve multi-point control.

Care and maintenance

Lifts require regular inspection and maintenance, and hidden dangers should be eliminated immediately to eliminate faults as much as possible, which is beneficial to improving work efficiency, equipment service life and ensuring the safety performance of the lift. Grease should be added to the general transmission position of the machine with a grease fitting at least twice a month for lubrication. If you find that butter cannot be added to the part, you must clear the oil line or replace the grease nipple until butter is added, otherwise the platform is prohibited from use. Check the working status of the pin regularly every month. If the pin set screw is found to be loose, it must be tightened to prevent the pin from falling off and causing an accident. When servicing and cleaning the lift, be sure to prop up the safety struts. When working, do not load or unload goods to avoid impact on the lift and damage to the mechanical equipment.
