Wemet’s Four-Way Shuttle Robots are advanced, intelligent handling devices designed for high-density pallet storage in smart warehouses. With compact dimensions, high load capacity, and fast bidirectional movement, these shuttles operate within racking systems to automate pallet transport, positioning, and sorting.
The standard model (BCS01) features a 1000 kg load capacity and ±2 mm positioning accuracy, while the heavy-duty model (BCS02) supports up to 1500 kg. For space-constrained environments, the ultra-thin two-way model (BCS03) offers the same performance with a reduced chassis height of just 132 mm. All models use high-efficiency LiFePO4 batteries, support rapid charging, and operate stably within -10°C to 45°C. Optional configurations include cold storage versions (up to -25°C), high-temperature tolerance, extended platform sizes, and CE-compliant builds.
